Web Tutorial #2: Uploading Pictures to the Internet
But if you want to post a picture which exists only on your digital camera, or your hard drive, or in your email box, you will first have to upload that picture to the Internet yourself.
The best way to do this is to use one of the big "free picture hosting" websites, such as Flickr, Photobucket, or Image Shack. There are other free picture hosting sites, but these are the most popular, and in my opinion the most trustworthy. All of them are very user friendly.
Once you have set up an account at Flickr, Photobucket, Image Shack, or one of the others, getting started should be pretty easy. Start with one or two photos you really like; once you have successfully uploaded a picture to your new account, you have also uploaded it to the Internet. From there, all you need to do is go back to Web Tutorial #1 and copy the code for posting pictures.
Let me know how this works for you. Moopy is still out shopping for shoes with the lady next door, so I have plenty of time to answer questions.

Good question, KristinKristin N said:A question??? lol
If I put photos on, let's say Flickr, what would be the code? I guess I still don't get it. Sorry Joe..you are being so helpful and so sweet!
The way you get the URL for any picture on the Internet is by right-clicking on it and choosing "Copy Image Location."
For example, by right-clicking on the picture on this random website and choosing "Copy Image Location," you get this URL:
http://cicero.missouristate.edu/smolny/pics01/tavricheskaya.jpg
Now, you have to put the entire URL into the code, like so:
<img src="http://cicero.missouristate.edu/smolny/pics01/tavricheskaya.jpg">
And the result should be
