Reclast

Hi Tiny!
Oh, boy, i missed this post??? I definitely have an opinion about reclast! By the way, how are you? I haven't seen you post lately.
I don't remember if we've ever discussed this, but i was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis last year. It's so bad, when i sneeze too hard, i fracture bones in my lower back! lol! They offered me those shots, and i said 'NO WAY'. If you're anything like me, just the mere fact that you have colorectal cancer is a rarity under 40 years of age. On top of that, getting severe osteoporosis from treatment is an even RARER event. How could they offer someone like me a treatment that has the RARE side effect of BONE CANCER!!!??? lol! They're totally crazy. It worries me that it's causing you bone pain. I don't think the drug has been out long enough for people like us (with a cancer history) to take. Four years is all, if i remember right. I hope i'm not scaring you, but i would research it, for sure.
Hope you're doing well!
Many hugs,

I am still not feeling up to par. At least no more joint pain, just nausea and some achiness. Reclast is known to start correcting boss loss in just 3 months. My osteoporosis isn't severe but I don't drink milk or hardly ever take calcium, something that I will start doing. From the pictures I've seen of my Mom I'm sure she had this and was never checked for it nor diagnosed. Prior to my being diagnosed I had done strength training for at least 3 years. The nurses said that I should have been drinking alot of water which was hard for me to do. Still no appetite.0
