HOORAY, I'M NED
CT scan came back normal and my CEA is 0.5, about as normal as it can get.
The surgeon plans to scan again in July and keep an eye on that spot they
noticed in the PET/CT scan which showed along the cut edge of the liver at
the July '08 surgery site.....and I am grateful that he is doing that.
Now I can go to my 50th high school reunion with a clear mind. Think everyone
down the street could hear me shouting and I did the naked happy dance from
one end of the house to the other. It felt so good.
Thanks so much for your support, prayers and thoughts.....could not make it
through this without you.
Love,
Barbara

Woohoo!
Wonderful, Barbara! I got a chuckle out of your description of your dance. I can picture the neighbors calling the police on you because of the ruckus. Then the cops come to the door and confront a wildly screaming naked woman who keeps shouting something about some guy named Ned! *grins*
*hugs*
