Is there a way to delete a post?

I'm kinda new here, and admit I'm still learning how to navigate the site. A few minutes ago, and for the 2nd time, one of my posts appears 3 times! Sorry to all for this inconvenience. Am embarrassed! I don't think it's me - it's either my computer doing goofy things, or it's my sometimes goofy ISP. I've tried to find a delete option, to get rid of the duplicates. Is this possible? Thanks for any assistance.

Kind regards, Susan

    Not to worry, Susan
I've pulled that "stunt" before too - and not so long ago. You used to be able to delete your posts in "edit" mode but that seems not to be the case any more.

Besides, Susan - the extra posts only involve electrons and an amount of disk space smaller than an amoeba's butt. If, in fact, amoebas even have butts. The important thing is that you have become a member of this online community, and we are all very glad that you did!

    ME TOO
Susan, I too have posted the same post twice. I usually just remove all the word and just put a period in the box that requires something. I think many of us have had this happen, please don't worry about it.

One time I said a nasty,
One time I said a nasty, nasty thing.
I contacted the web master to remove it. I don't think that your multiple posts are anything to be conserned about. I have learned however not to drink and think and post to this site. With age comes wisedom--- guess I'm not old enough yet.

    back button
I use the back button when I'm reading, but I try not to when I post a comment. My theory is that the back button re-does the post--just my guess.

    Thanks, Joe!
Yeah, I tried under "edit"... Seemed to be the most logical way to find the option to delete. Thanks so much for your reply. I'll try not to be embarrassed in the future if it happens again. :-)

Amoebas have butts?!? Really? How do you know this?

You're a funny guy! And a lucky one, too - with a cute wife!

Also, thanks - very much - for your warm words of welcome. Less than a week for me here. Already so happy I joined.

    Kind regards, Susan

    Thanks, Bill S.!
Another funny guy!!! Are you related to Joe?!? :-)

FYI - my beverages of choice while at the ol' iMacG5 are coffee (decaf) & water. Sorry, I'm a real "lightweight" when it come to other types of "drinks" (HA HA!).

Yes, I do that, too - use the back button. Your theory makes sense - smart lady you are, Lisa! I'll try to remember to slow down with the buttons after a post. Thanks for the tip!
