thinking of you
Hi,
I'll be thinking of you and praying for you the next few days. I hope your long drive goes well and that your surgery is a total success. I'll pray for your family too. Even when you're in surgery, we've got you covered.
Aloha,

Blessings...
Imliess,
I hope it is a beautiful spring day for your travels. My thoughts and prayers will be with you and your husband as you make this healing pilgrimage.
I received this blessing from a Healing Touch community a few years ago after my own liver surgery. It comes from Joyce Rupp. I've shortened it down and offer it in the spirit of hope for your healing and recovery.
------------------
Holding your hands over your own heart,
remembering the power of love within you;
receive this blessing:
May you desire to be healed.
May what is wounded in your life be restored to good health.
May you take good care of yourself.
May you extend compassion to all that hurts
within your body, mind, spirit.
May you be patient with the time it takes to heal.
May you be aware of the wonders of your body, mind, and spirit
and their amazing capacity to heal.
May the skills of all those who are caring for you
be used to the best of their ability in returning you to good health.
May you be open to receive blessings
from all those who extend kindness, care and compassion to you.
May you rest peacefully under the sheltering wings of divine love...
May you find little moments of beauty and joy to sustain you.
May you keep hope in your heart...
------------
Peace and blessings... Rob

Hugggggs and Healing Thoughts!!
I'm not sure where you are but something tells me I'm a little late and you won't be seeing this post until you get back. By then the surgery will be all over and not only will you have driven 12 hours to get to the hospital, you will have had the surgery and then driven 12 hours to get back home.
I am sending you peaceful and calming thoughts so that you can face this part of your journey in peace and happiness. We always expect horrid things when it comes to major surgery, but sometimes we find that it is never as bad as our imagination makes it out to be... and that's what I hope for you.
Take care, take it slow and when you get home and have rested up, we'll all be waiting for your return and to hear how it went!
Huggggggs,

I'm praying
I'm answering this late, too, but if you don't read this until you get back, know that I was praying for you- for a trip that's easy and without stress, for you to be at peace and actually feel a sense of calm come over you- for the doctors, surgeons, and nurses who will be taking care of you and doing your surgery- and for your postoperative healing to go well.
You take care and God be with you!

you are no doubt already being prepped for surgery but my
best thoughts and wishes are with you......try to get up
and walk around as soon as you can....my surgeon came in
and gave me a pep talk about doing that, the best for
speedy recovery.

You Have It
You have both prayers and thoughts heading your way. You have God in control and he is going to see you through this. I can imagine you are scared as I was too with my recent surgery and you just went through surgery not too long ago too so you have had your plate full.
God Bless you!
Keep Well

time posted
Re. the "late stayers"... I just noticed my post above said the time I posted was 1 something a.m. Although I have posted at that time before, I didn't this time. I'm thinking it was more like ten or 11 something p.m.- maybe it lists all the times as East Coast time?
Just wondering- maybe that explains all the times that appear to be so late (or early, in some cases!)
OK- I just clicked to post and am now editing- I just checked my time listed & it's exactly the same time that it really is here (west coast)- I don't know how it works, but I know I was not up until one in the morning on the computer these past few days, even though my other post says so! Oh well-
OK- this is too weird- I'm now editing again on this post for the 2nd time. After just stating what I did, I scrolled back up to my other post and the time says 10 something. I don't know if I'm losing my mind or if it actually just changed (it is very likely I'm losing my mind!)

In my thoughts...
I will be thinking of you, and wishing you a speedy recovery until we hear that everything went perfectly!
Many hugs!

Sorry I'm Late
Sorry I'm coming to the party so late! I want to give you my best wishes also. Hope the trip went well and the surgeons (and their staff's) hands are being guided in your best interest. Please post when you can, we miss you already.
Happy healing and walk, walk, walk!
