Mimi, I am so happy for you. The end of chemo, wow. I remember when all of this started and I didn't think I could get thru this. You said to me " We can do this together I promise." Well I guess you were right. You have finished your chemo, I am so thrilled for you. I will be joining that club on Friday. I have my last chemo on April 10. I wish you a very speedy recovery from the treatment. I think I know what you mean when you said that ust knowing this was the last one it would get you thru all the side effects. I am hoping for the same as my side effects have lasted longer with each treatment. I go every 3 weeks and I am still not feeling great from the last time. I wish you the best out of life Mimi. You ,Moopy and Jackie have been in my thoughts daily since Decenmber. even though I have not posted much I have read all of yours. Love, Nancy0 -

Now you're one of the sisters at the end of the tunnel waving your flashlight... in three short weeks, Jackie and I will be joining y'all. I am so proud of you and happy for you and so is Joe.
Love,
Moopy
P.S. Is that cute guy next to you your Simon? Nice catch, sister!
i have not posted that much lately but do remember your face and was so happy to know that you will be done in 3 treatments. you will get through it, but boy is is tough. i remember when i was having chemo, last year, i put postits on all of my kitchen cabinets and every time my husband and i got home from a treatment we would ceremoniously tear off another postit and throw it away. it really helped keep my perspective a little better. hope you are doing ok. blessings, peggy0 -

Mimivac: Congratulations to you....I am really happy for you as you are done with your Chemo. As I said earlier in Jackie's discussion board, I just started with my chemo tx. I just hope you will still be around in this discussion board to help other people going through this process. All three of you (Moopy, Jackie and you) are my inspiration and really take your advise seriously.
Now the next step is Radiation. Pls post your experience on this next step, as I know that I will taking notes and will be learning from your experiences.
Once again, thank you very much and GOD bless you always.
Joy
Hi, Joy, I believe that I can speak for Mimi, Jackie, and us all when I tell you we will not be leaving you. (I am glad to know that I have been helpful--so many wiser and more thoughtful women are here that I just try to pop in what I can.)
You, yourself, Joy are an inspiration. I am so proud of you and how you have responded so courageously and thoughtfully. Remember your first post? Soon you were finding your strength and hope and knowing-knowing!-that you can do this. And so you are, and so you will.
And so will we all continue to be here for you and each other.

And Congratulations to you, Teresa!redriverartist said:Congratulations!
You've done it! I'm so proud of you. Like you, I just had my last round and it feels so good to be able to wave that flashlight finally! Blessings and hugs, Teresa
How wonderful--so many reaching the end of that long tunnel. I see your flashlight already, Teresa.
By the way, I love your photo. You inspire such cheer with your beautiful red top and unique necklace--and smile.0 -
