What's two more. Just kidding, I know how eager you are to be done with the chemo. Just know, you'll soon have reason to celebrate!

    Have a wonderful day!

I am impressed with your energy level.....cutting tree limbs, etc.....
when I was on chemo I just sat around expecially a few days after
I came off the pump.......you are doing so great.......I saw my
doc just before the treatment started and then she escorted me to
    my chair.......

    Hugs,

I was all ready to go to my treatment last week, just about to walk out the door and the hospital called to let me know my white count was extremely low! So off to breakfast I went with my mother! It it a bittersweet thing, you want to get them overwith, but it is sometimes nice to have a week off!
    TIMBER!!!!

Congrats on making it so far
Buzzard; If I had continued, this would be week 5 for me but after the first treatment I felt so bad we deceided to quit. It wasn't a decission I made easily, at my age 69 next month, I deceided that 6 months of chemo and probably another 3 to 6 months to recover was just too much to endure. Surgery was Nov. 4th and only in the last 4 weeks have I started to feel almost back to normal, the chemo and radiation prior to surgery left me very weak. If it comes back then I will deal with it but for now I'd rather have quality than quanity. I have been self employed all my life and been in charge of the direction of my life so this was just another business decission. We had the same surgery and same result so the chemo was not a requirement but a choice, only time will tell if I chose wisely. I admire your ability to continue and wish you the best.

    To be honest......
If it wasn't for my wife and 4 children I don't think I would have taken it either. Inevitably its our own decision but with children I didn't have the decision to make it was already there for me. I will have to say that after the 10th treatment I was ready to quit myself, but I only have 2 more so I have to finish. Age has a definite part in me making my decision and if I was 80 I wouldn't even think about it. But to each his own, I won't let my children see me suffer so if it comes to that then I will go to my home in Heaven. But, I should be hopefully OK after the treatments so time will tell. I pray that your decision will turn out to be the right one and you remain NED for the rest of your natural life. Good luck to you and God Bless you.......
