Good Afternoon Ladies,
My sister had her surgery this morning at 7:30. When they said she was in recovery after less than an hour I knew that it all went well. Praise the Lord that the doctor said everything looked good. Of course we will have the path report, but considering she has the BRAC2 mutation like me, I am just thankful she has everything out now. Karen is 4 years younger than me.
Thanks for the prayers.
Love,
Libby

What a brave decision! A GOOD decision.jamilou said:Libby
That is good news. One less person for you to worry about! I hope her recovery goes well.

When I think of people that already have cancer, but procrastinate getting needed treatments because of fear of the surgery or the chemo side effects, I have to admire those that are bravely proactive. Please let her know that she is admired, and that even strangers have her in their prayers.0 -
