Linda Franklin
I know how much she appreciated this discussion board and the help and encouragement that you have given her.
Her Newfs, which she loved very much, have new homes and are happy and well.

Sorry
I am fairly new to the site ...I did not know your sister but am deeply sorry for your loss. My husband has cancer and things do not look good. I pray that God gives you the strength to endure these difficult days and may the wonderful memories you have of your sister will somehow help you keep on!

I am so sorry to hear about Linda's passing
Thank you so much for letting us know. She will be so missed here, but I know that she was comfortable with her decisions during her battle. I don't doubt that you will miss her terribly and it will take time to come to terms. I pray God wraps you in His arms and comforts you in the time ahead.

I'm So Sorry
Betty--Thank You for letting us all know. My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this sad time. It has been a while since we have heard from her and I was wondering how she was doing. She was a friend to everyone on this site. She was an awesome lady who fought this terrible disease with such courage, determination, and bravery. I know that she is at peace now. God Bless.

I know this is a hard time. I didn't know Linda, but I am so sorry to hear of her passing. On this website, we all know that this is a possible outcome, but it doesn't decrease the sadness when one of us dies of colorectal cancer.
Tonight will think of your sister.

My deepest condolences...
Linda always exuded such serenity, peace and strength, from her answers to her semi-colon's posts to her own fight of this horrible disease. She will be sadly missed. Monica0 -
What a brave, strong woman!
Hi Betty,
I didn't know your sister so I took a few minutes to read the posts and then looked up her web page and story. My own small tribute to her. I must say I was deeply impressed with her decision to stop treatment. What a scary decision to make and yet she knew what was right for her and went with her decision. It takes a mighty strong person to do what she did. She will be loved and missed and remembered by many! May you find peace in knowing she's no longer in pain.0 -
Sorry
Hi,
I was sad to read this post about Linda. She answered a few of my posts with information for me. I respected her decision to quit treatment and I will do the same if it gets too much for me. Please accept my condolences and I hope your family knows she is at peace and now an angel. Hugs to you, Audrey.0
