Hello, I read here daily and gather much inspiration from all of you. You are all an amazing group of people with more courage than I can ever imagine having. I started reading here 7 years ago when my mom was diagnosed at age 46. It had already spead to her brain, lungs, liver, ovary and bones when discovered(although she had symptoms for years) So sadly she only lived 9 months after discovery. Doctor said it had probably been there 15 years. I was her primary caregiver until the end and coming here brought and reading brought me comfort and understanding. I still come here daily and read. Each and every one of you are in prayers everyday and Im very you a very blessed 2009. Danielle

    A late welcome
Hi Danielle! It seems a little weird to just be welcoming you now to the board since you have been her for so long, but never too late to send out a welcome! I'm glad you are here and I bet, with all the reading you've done, you could give us a lot of interesting perspectives on what you have seen changing in treatments and survivors over the last 7 years.

Feel free to join in any of the topics/conversations around here! We'd love to hear more from you :)

    Hugggggs,

    Cheryl

    Bless you, Danielle!
I know it's hard when you lose a mom...my mom-in-law, with whom I was very close, passed just this summer.

    I wish for you a good 2009.

    Hugs, Kathi

Hi, Danielle. It's nice to meet you, but I'm so sorry about your mom. It's so sweet to know you still come here to read and pray for us.

    Merry Christmas to you!

    *hugs*
