Still here

Hi Everyone. Have been gone for a while, due to chemo complications, I would be the one to have them, ended up in ICU got home yesterday, total of 10 days in the hospital. Back in November I was in the hospital due to bronchitis and for some reason it was not getting better, put me in a dark place as I was frustated, angry and tired of being sick. Well....turned out that I had blood clots (common in chemo patients, who knew?) in my lungs and an enlarged heart which its beeting too fast. The good news is that now I know what the problem is and we are dealing with it and I can breath again. Still in the dark place but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Will be home for at least 3 months and now I have come to realize that I will have to let people help me.

As you can see I have a lot to be gratefull for this Christmas, I'm still here enjoying my family.

I'm also glad I made it home on time to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and I wish all of you the best for the new year.

    Patty, Hallelujah that the doctors found the problem and can now go about getting you well again. I have been thinking about you...so sorry that you had to go through such a tough time. You are certainly a Ninjamom!
    I hope your holiday season is filled with family, peace, joy, and healing. I think of you coming to see me at chemo when you yourself were not well...and yet still smiling. Yes, let people do some for you, I have no doubt that you are there for them when they need it.

    When you need help let others help you outi am sure thay would love to help .give the little ones a big hug from a frind and here is a hug for you HUG.

    Joyce, I've been thinking about you, how did the surgery go on Friday? I hope well. I probably won't see you this year but I will make sure to come visit you on a Thursday p.m.
    My picc is gone so I don't have to go every week anymore, however, I do need to do labs for cummaden every so many days, I'm still getting organized with all the new stuff.

    Thank you all for your well wishes, my family is really taking care of me. RE, talk about sisters....my only sister stayed at the hospital with with me for 10 days and made sure the nurses were doing everything possible for me, we prayed together and she held my hand all night on the bad nights. Thought of you and your sister.

    Well...all I can take right now must go back and rest.

    So glad to see you're back.
    So glad to see you're back. We did miss you! Had no idea you were going thru all that, but glad to see it's getting under control. And being home for Christmas is always a plus.
