My father is still going strong.

I haven't been on much lately.
Not as much as last year when my father was diagnosed with stage 4 and ended up at the ICU a couple of months later.
It's almost exactly a year ago that we brought him to emergency and things went down hill from there.
He's returned home 3 months later, learned to walk again, and regained about 1/5 of the over 40 lbs he lost.
He has finaly gotten 100% chemo in his last 3 chemo rounds - and we are told everything is shrinking.
Last week he once again returned to emergency with a fever and bladder infection and hads to remain in hospital for a couple more days.
Still here. Still fighting. Still thinking he can beat it all!!

Looking Up!
Thanks for updating us on your father's situation. It sounds as though the last year has been very difficult for your dad, but a shrinking tumor is great news. His belief in beating this disease will be his best ally. I BELIEVE he can win as well!
Hugs,

Thank you for the update!
It sounds like you and your father are standing strong against the beast. I pray you will continue and that your father's strength holds to continue the battle. I pray that your father is able to continue gaining back the lost weight and that the tumor continues to shrink. Please keep us posted.
