Post Operative change

Hi Ladies,
I got the results of my full body bone scan and NO cancer. But she did say that the kidney/ureter was swollen. (May be why I was having lower back pain).
Anyways, I am Praising the Lord that there was no metastasis into the bones. And will make an appointment to see a urinologist. I asked my onc/gyn was it from chemo and she said most likely post operative change from my hysterectomy (had bilateral complex masses, tumor debulking, etc. etc.).
Thanks for the prayers.
Love,
libby

Praising God that you have no indication of spread to the bone, Libby. Have they checked for a urinary tract infection ? My back hurt with the one I had last month. Hope you find the answer soon. Saundra
Saundra,
I called my regular GYN since he is local and the one who sent me to my ONC/GYN and they are to get back to me on referral visit to an urinologist. The pain must be from the kidney or ureter or something like that.
It sure can play on your mind at night when you are suppose to be sleeping. And then if you get online to read about "stuff", watch out! Hopefully I can get in early this week and find out what else is going on.
Thanks,
Libby
PS the only thing I really don't know if I should do is continue my last day of Hexalen. Those pills are mighty strong. Yuk0
