Abdominal CAT Scan results

Hi all, fortunately my Mom`s back pains have calmed lately she is now 3 weeks away from her last chemo so feeling a little better. Thanks to God the Dr. sais the results were better than what he had expected. Bones look fine, and he said that he couldn`t see cancer were it was before(retroperitoneal lymph glands. What he could see is that her liver has hernia.. and he doesn`t know why...he says it could be why she had been having pain, not necessarily. I´m happy with this results..it seems God has listened to my prayers of giving my Mom a rest during my last pregnancy month and labor, so that she can expierence and enjoy this special time with me. As Dr. says... this doesn´t mean that there is no cancer but at least it seems controlled.. and that is wonderful for now. Liz

    Lizper...this is the best news!!! Now you can rest and enjoy the birth of your baby girl. I know your Mom will be feeling better and better everyday. I started to feel better about 1 month out from chemo. Good luck~~~Joanne
