I've undergone chemo/radiation, and am now struggling with neuropathy, especially in both feet.
Right foot is swollen. Has anyone had any success with any kind of treatment, medication, etc.

    Da Feets!
OMG I didn't know what it was when I first got neuropathy. I was tripping and constantly thought there was something stuck to the bottoms of my feet & in my toes. A small price to pay for hopefully being cured. My Dr. told me to take vitamins which I regularly forget to take. The neuropathy appears to be going away slowly (or I am getting used to it) as I can wear heels again!

I am 67 Left lung removed had three rounds of taxole an carboplatin ,they had to stop . But I have not been the same since.
I was like your Hubby did pretty good till the chemo.
They don't call mine neuropathy any more now it is severe rumitoid artheritis.
I think it's the chemo but ya get answers like oh it has been to long couldn't be the chemo.
Noratriptyline works pretty well guess about the best of them.
have the Doc check your Sed Rate mine was realy high . Keep up on your blood work mine just fell apart Iron Red cells an so on.
But you Sed rate will tell you if you have a infection or inflamation . I feel for you because it feels like you are stading on feet with out skin like standing on your bones.
Vicoden gets me through the day. An Ativan gets me through the nights.
Keep us posted hope you get better .

    Sed Rate
Mary, White cells are an indication your body is fighting off an infection or inflmmation.
Sed Rate is how fast your red cells fall in one hour. If they fall too fast your body does not get enough oxygen and it also is an indication of inflamation or infection in your body somewhere.
It is so funny the oncologist told me the same thing but they don't seem to want to tell you the damage it did after it left .
I don't know if it is reversable or not.
Guess you are dammed if you do an dammed if you don't
Lotsa luck to you an your hubby hope things get better for you an Him.
