Is this a relapse?

I've been in remission of Hodgkins Lymphoma for nearly 3 years now, but I'm beginning to get worried about the lymph nodes in my armpit. For the past few months, the nodes in both armpits will swell and be painful, then disappear. And then they will swell and be painful in another part of my armpit-it's really strange, especially because the location of node that is irritated is the exact same as the other armpit.
I know this can mean a relapse or breast cancer or a bacterial infection or a number of things. I know breast cancer is likely, because the radiation that was done towards my chest increases the chance of breast cancer.
And the only reason I haven't gone back to the doctor is because, of course, I can't afford health insurance or a doctor's visit.
Does anyone have any advice for me? And have an idea of what might be wrong?

Hi my name is Jacinda, I was recently diagnosed with NHL so I had all those swollen nodes. My best advice to you is have it checked out. I know insurance and doc visits are expensive but this is your life. There are plenty of organizations and hospitals that will help you. If you need help please let me know. Keep me posted.
ttys good luck and god bless

Thanks for your concern! And I will make it to a doctor soon-for now, I just wanna see if I'm making too much out of something. Surviving cancer is great, but it also leaves you always wondering if what your body is doing is a healthy reaction or a return of the the nasty disease.
