hey i was just wondering if i should be more concerned.
two weeks ago i received the best news that the tumors are reducing bt 1/3 but the one tumor on my limp node behind my (misspelled) esophagest(thoat)? is the same size and the limp node next to it is alittle larger.
so i went with the positive and started my 2nd round of chemo( 5fu/erbitux)-- but for some reason last night all i could think about was thath damn limp node.. its that the way the cancer spreads-- thru the nodes-- should i and my dr be more aggressive?
thanks for any ideas
as always everyone ins in my thoughts and prayers

First of all....
YEA YEA YEA YEA YEA YEA YEA
NAKED HAPPY DANCE!!!!!
(for the reductions)
Secondly, well, so your doctor told you about the lymph nodes enlarging? If not, you need to tell him/her. Otherwise, as long as you trust his/her judgement, you just need to "keep on keepin' on". These docs know the score, and have a treatment plan, and, if it is like my experience, have a weekly review with many other docs to make sure the plan is good (called a tumor board).
Take a deep breath, laugh about something, and eat some comfort food...
Hugs, kathi0
