Well folks, I just got back home. This Palooza had the most attendees than any other in the past. Hopefully, next year will generate even more interest.

I cannot even begin to express how great it was to meet Debbie and John Sladich (sladich), JoAnn and Don Smith (Jams 67), Sue K. (jerseysue), Jana (jana11), Suzanne (suzannchili), KathiM and her daughter Kristy, Katie (usakat)'s mom Nan, and MaryAnn and Mike Womack (mwomack). They are all incredible people who made this trip over the top. On another note, I cannot forget the great friends who I already knew, Kerry, Kay, Lisa Rose, Scouty, SongeBob, & Katie (usakat). A lot of tears, frustration and planning goes into these events but it all pays off when we get together.

I am truly honored to have all of you as my friends.

Thanks for attending,

Stacy

I have to say that this was a great experience for me. I am tired but in a really good way. I had a blast. The activities we did were fun (sometimes too much fun), and meeting everyone was quite a positive experience. Thanks Stacy for all your hard work and planning. Also Scouty for bringing all that goooood and healthy food. Thanks to MaryAnne & Mike, Suzanne, Stacy, Don and JoAann, and Kay (God I hope I didn’t forget anyone) for your generosity and thoughtful gifts.

Getting to meet the people that support your struggles and celebrate your victories was an amazing experience for me. The car bombs didn’t hurt a bit either Sponge (well maybe that whole night hurt just a bit).

Putting names to the faces of your surviving family was awesome experience. CP6 is one more reason to Live for and to look forward to. Thanks all

    Mark,

Yes, I am a moron, I did forget your name in my post. You had me in stitches all weekend. Your daughter is one of the coolest kids I have ever met. She is truly something to be proud of.

Thanks for hanging out with us all, Mark....you are truly an inspiration and quite the comedian, too!

    Stacy

P.S. "Sloppy Joe's" wants to hire you as their greeter....something to consider.....

    Stacy,
Thanks for all of your work. Don and I had a blast! He is so amazed at all of you and so grateful/overwhelmed at the support each of you have given to me through this whole NED journey. We love all of our new friends and look forward to seeing you again soon. It was rather incredible that you were all semi-normal people. Don and I had already decided that if you were a strange group that we would just have a nice vacation in Nashville and keep our distance. Now I'm wishing there wasn't so much distance between us. Thanks again for all of the work Stacy and Scouty.

I'm just getting in and I wanted to say thanks to everyone at the Palooza it was great seeing the people that I haven't seen since that last palooza or the mini Texas palooza. It was also great meeting all the new people. It is really neat getting to put faces to the names on this board! I'm hoping to meet some more new people on the next Palooza. Stacy and Scouty you certainly out did yourselves with everything KUDOS to you!

I, too, just arrived home and HAD to come make sure there were no nasty rumours about me....

Thank you is too small a statement, Stacy, for all you did! We all had sooooo much fun....and, with the exception of a rather risque birthday dance of Hokey Pokey...everything was VERY quiet!!!

(Car bombs???? oh, yeah, THAT was why all the police and fire vehicles were across the street!!!)

    Hugs, kathi

What a blast it was!!!!!! Stacy, great job and thanks for all your diligence. It was wonderful meeting the "newbies". They were only newbies the first day and are now semi-normal regulars (pun intented). Debbie and John, Kathi and Kristy, JoAnn and Don, Mark and Kayla, Maryann and Mike, and Nan and Katie; it was wonderful to meet you and have so many laughs with you. Your attendance helps keep the "celebrate life" mantra of the paloozas burning brightly.

Kay, Kerry, Kris, Lisa and Andy, Bob, Sue, Jana, Suzann and Stacy; I will NEVER tire of getting to hug your necks and spend great and fun times with you.

I plan to see each and every one of you and many more next year!!!!!!

Thank you all again for attending and warming my heart!!!

    Special thanks to:

Stacy for the great cartoons and t-shirt!!! The t-shirt has a semi-colon symbol on the front and on the back it says "A pain in the butt you simply cannot ignore" Colon Palooza 2007 Nashville, Tn. I will wear mine proudly.

To Kay: for the new CP5 stone to put in my healing bag. It has been added.

To MaryAnn and Mike and their great product!!!!!! My product has a first name, it's spelled Jack my product has a last name, Daniels. YUM

To Suzann for the UP YOURS coolie cup. Which also says "Have you had a colonscopy lately"? I will drink from it regularly and think of you.

To everyone else for being you and being there!!!!

My sides and cheeks ache from all the laughter and my heart is full from all the fun. Thank you to everyone for the part you played, big or small, in making this past weekend so wonderful. I look forward to seeing and hearing from all of you "semi-colon" "semi-normal" people!

And I can't wait for the next Palooza!!!

    I almost forgot....

The ABSOLUTE BEST part of the Palooza is that there were no Russian Cosmonauts travelling cross-country wearing diapers.

Oh....Those attending Thursday night want to give a standing ovation to Scouty and her culinary skills. She brought a boat load of goodies which were all delicious. Thank you, Lisa, for working so hard to make this Palooza so successful. My personal favorites were the dark chocolate somethings!!!! Scouty promised they were healthy and very low in calories!!!!

    Hugs,
