Healing Meditation CD's or MP3's

Does anyone have one that they would recommend? I am looking for something to listen to that will help my body repair itself.

    Had to look this one up..... I received a free CD in a "chemotherapy bag" from a drug company. It was entitled "A Medatation for Relaxation & Wellness" by Belleruth Naparetek. It has guided imagery and positive affirmations on it. This CD got me through chemo! You can find this one and others at the website: www.healthjourneys.com
    You may have to do a search using the author's name for this particular CD to come up. At first I "poo-pooed" this "guided imagery" stuff, but qiickly found myself addicted! Good luck to you!
