Dear Emmanual: I am so sorry to hear of your fiancé passing away. It is heartbreaking. There are no words I can say that will ease your pain. Just know that with time, the sorrow fades. It is like skinning your knee. Initially, it hurts really badly. The more is bleeds the more it hurts. Each day you wake up and the pain is there but a little less. One day, the pain has faded. So Emmnuel, be strong and know with time it will get better.

Emmanuel,
I know that you are in great pain. I lost my fiancee about 5 years ago... (massive heart attack) and I know that that lose took me a long time to deal with. All I can say is that with time.... and lots of it... you begin to get your life back into balance.... reach out to others and talk about your lose when it helps... and keep it to yourself when it hurts too much to talk... but try to see the small things that can bring a smile to you... I know it was about 2 years after I lost Bob that I noticed the sunrise again... I had alway loved the beauty of a sunrise... and some time after about 2 years one morning...all of a sudden I noticed the beauty again... it may be a long trip... but at the end of the journey... you will be stronger and more in touch with who you are.... May God be with you on this journey.
