Say my surgeon on Monday, 14 May for a follow-up visit to my colon reconnection surgery of 27 Feb 07 and I FINALLY heard the words I have been waiting to hear. YES I CAN BEGIN WEIGHT LIFTING.

Hurray. I will be gym shopping this weekend.

    That's wonderful. Just be careful to begin with. That's one thing I wish I could do but already have a hernia with the colostomy. Just can't live my life with a 10 pound weight limit.
