Has anyone ever heard of this doctor? My family and I are trying to figure out if we should keep our appointment with him or M.D. Anderson. We were recommended to him by a friend who works in cancer research. I'm sure they are all great doctors, but we want the best. My dad has advanced stage IV adenocarcinoma. It seems like that is Belani's specialty, but nobody we know has ever heard of him.

In your web browser/search engine, type Chandra P. Belani, M.D.. A lot of information is available about him. Significantly, he seems to get a lot of funding support from the National Institute of Health. I have no first-hand information, but he does seem to be very prominent in the field. Good luck.0
