Activia Yogurt!!

Thanks to the suggestion of someone on this board (KathiM?) I tried this yogurt this past weekend. It tastes great and it does seem, in only 2 days, that my system is working better (far less gas, etc.) It is the best my system has felt in the almost 8 years since preoperative chemoradiation. I am hopeful, but realistic, that this could be a great tool in our arsenal to fight the effects of our disease and our treatment. Thanks!!

    Yup, Runner...I'm still eating it, too. I find that my best is once every other day. I LOVE the blueberry! I know what you are saying about reduced gas...it is wonderful! I'm glad someone else is having as good a reaction as I am!!!
