Prayers for a friend...

Hi everyone,

My friend's mother is suffering from liver cancer and has only been given weeks to live. She is in liver failure and was told that there is nothing that can be done for her. My friend is pregnant and trying to stay calm for her baby, but through my own experience, I know how difficult that can be. I'm asking for any advice from any of you. I recommended possibly getting a second opinion, but can anything be done if she is in liver failure? I would appreciate any advice. Also, I'm asking that you please pray for my friend and her family.

    Maybe some inquiries about a transplant? I don't know that much about the liver, but I heard that even a small piece implanted can start growing, and become a big liver!

    I don't know if anything can be done for liver failure. Maybe 2nd opinion would bring more information.

    I will pray for your friend's mother.

    A second opinion is never a bad idea.

    Please be sure they consider hospice.
