hey all you awesome semi-colons!

I am here at Arthur's office after hours (he's on call so he had to come in) and he got me logged on so I could say HOWDY! to my semi-colon buds whom I miss LIKE CRAZY!!!!

Here's the scoop: in July my computer shut down slowly...until I could no longer log on anymore. I could not receive or send emails so if you have emailed me in the last two months and haven't heard from me, that's why. I am not ignoring you.

Then I sent my computer home with my son and he tried to clean it up, but it's in tough shape. SO now it's at the shop getting an overhaul.

In the meantime I have been busy working part time, chasing my kids around, running my woofies, playing my djembe drum in a band, going on vacation, getting my graduated daughter off to her new life, getting my other one ready for school, and doing everything I never get done when I sit at the computer for hours! haha!

I really miss you guys on here. I feel so outta the loop it's not funny. I find out bud's having surgery and we have a new website??!! I don't have time to read too many posts but I sure see a whole lot of new faces at the party here! I hope I can get to know y'all.

Ok well time to go.

Barb, how was your pool this summer?

Scouty, are you harvesting a bumper crop?

Kerry and Baby Lisa, you get those juicers humming now, ya hear?

scouty, I have added beets and beet tops to my daily juice that I share with my little Westie, Mini.

    In the August news letter under " Celebrations " I had your name added to a list with others celebrating that magical 5 year mark.

    My name is Doris and I went to my annual checkup yesterday and he said everything was wonderful!! I will be a survivor of 7 years as of September.

    And here I was thinking you just hated my guts...

    BTW, I am reading an interesting book on an alkaline ph diet and the benefits. I have been reading the chapter on juicing and I thought of you.

    Hope you get your lifeline (aka computer) up and running soon - we miss you right back!

    Oh goodness, Sponger....."your heart belongs to another"....I think I might be sick. That was just to sappy for me honey. And yes, please keep me posted on your trip home to see your Mom.

    NOW Emily darling,

    I miss you something bad honey!!!!! You are doing the beets, WOAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The garden was doing great until we had a 3 week stretch of 95 plus degrees days with no rain. It just burnt up but we've had a nice cool end of this week and I got my fall garden in.

    I need to send you some of my salsa now that I am honed in on a recipe. I am selling it locally to good reviews. I have entered a tomato salsa contest week after next so we will see.
