Hi and Welcome,
For posting and receiving answers to questions this forum is great. For chat, however, I prefer the Colon Cancer Alliance chat because it is confined to colon cancer survivors only. The chat here on this website is active, but it has all kinds of cancer survivors on it and due to its popularity it is sometimes hard to get a word in egdewise. Although, you can always invite someone to enter the second chat room with you.
I have never heard of any problems on this chatroom, like trolls or anything.
Like Joy said, feel free to post any issues/problems you have on this forum too, people usually answer very promptly.
Take care,
Susan0 -
Hi Carol,
I do use the chat room and like everyone in it alot. They have helped give me a boost when I'm down and always give good advise. It does have all survivors, caregivers in it from different cancers but most things are the same. I found a great friend in the chat room that I e-mail today that has breast cancer. Any questions you have or just venting you can also do here. We are very quick to answer most times since it seems we all take shifts. LOL. Hugs and sorry that you have colon cancer but glad you found us.
Lisa F.
Ps: you can also check out user webpages here and e-mail any of us with questions if you want by using our screen names.0 -
