4 1/2 Years NED

Hello You Wonderful People,
I am sorry I haven't been around much. I started Grad school full time and I am incredibly busy with the work from that and the kids and the dog and....Anyway I had my checkup last week and I am still NED (as far as they know). I only have to go for check-ups once a year instead of twice a year now.
I was diagnosed in 2002 with stage 1 rectal cancer, had a resection and no chemo or radiation.
I hope this cheers someone up. I know I LOVE to read the NED posts myself.

    Keep counting Taunya! Congratulations! Could yah cross your fingers for me please. I am scheduled for my colonoscopy tomorrow morning and I hope to have NED still with me by the afternoon.

    Hi Taunya - this is great.

    You are so lucky to have been only Stage I. Bad as CRC is, Stage I is as good as it gets. So glad to hear how well you are doing.
