Mets to lungs

I'm reading a lot of posts with mets to the lungs.I'm stage 4 colorectal mets to lungs, & have done chemo, radiation, IMRT, Vaccine Trial,
Erbitux/avastin,juicing, supplements, etc.without permanent results.
Anybody out there with lung mets and succesful treatment, either conventional or alternative?

    Hi Bud,

    I am so sorry for what you are going through. What does your doctor say? What is the plan?
    I hope and pray that something will work for you. I have read many of your postings - you sound like very interesting and kind person. I also saw your picture with your 2 dogs - they are very beautiful. I love dogs, they are the best!

    My husbnad has mets to liver and lungs and got some lung shrinkage with folfiri/avastin (but increase in met load to liver- so he can't win!!as yet- Onc says he has had "variable" results........)
    Is surgery an option?

    surgery not an option...too many of them-both lungs. most of the chemo "worked", but they came back.

    Hi Eleonora: My Onc doesn't have much to say..all he has to offer is more chemo.
    Unfortunately I had to give up my woofies when I moved from Alaska to Idaho..I miss them, but they have a good home in AK. bud
