PET results all clear: NED

Hi All. I want to share with you my joyous news. I got the results of my PET today: all clear!!!! Phew (to put it politely).

For those who don't know my story, I was treated for Stage III rectal cancer in 2003. In April 2005 I was diagnosed with a solitary met in my lung. Had surgery, followed by chemo. It has now been over one year since the surgery, and just over since months since the chemo finished. I am over the moon.

    Nerve-racking is right. I'm keeping all my fingers and toes crossed for you. My NED results have gotta be a good omen for yours!
