Hi everyone,
I had a pet scan on Monday the 3rd and will get the results this morning. I hope that the liver tumors are all in the right lobe so I may be considered for resection. I had surgery on March 7th to remove the rectal tumor and I have had a great recovery from that and today I start Folfox 6 and 5FU..I also see my colorectal surgeon late this afternoon for my checkup so I have a busy day ahead..Take care everyone, Audrey

Dear Audrey,
I remember the whirlwind of doctor visits, scans, and the agony of waiting for results. I so hope that your PET scan proves that liver resection is an option for you. Please let us know. You will be in my prayers and you begin your chemo regimen. I'm hoping chemo will not be too difficult and will led you to complete healing.
Hugs,

Good luck with your checkups and good luck with the start of chemo! I am 4/12 done in my Folfox 6, so if you ever need to compare notes, just give me a holler.
Cheers,
