eyebrow pencil?

Hi!
I know this isn't a major issue (unless you don't have eyebrows!), but has anyone found an eyebrow pencil that doesn't look weird? As a group, I bet we've sampled every brand out there! My eyebrows are finally back, but very thin and pale. When I was drawing them on, they looked ok, but now that there's actually some hair, I can't find a pencil that matches. My hair is light ash blonde and white, my brows are very ash colored. Everything I've tried seems very red or brown, looks very unnatural. Any suggestion?
thanks!
jill

I am blonde also. I have found that Estee Lauder's "07 Soft Blonde" Eye brow pencil works well. Don't buy it until you go by and let them use it to see if you like the color. Seems to work for me.

    Good Luck.

Clinique and Mary Kay make a pencil on one end, brush on the other....draw, then soften. Seems to work for me, I only lost part of brow, so boy did I NEED something that worked!

Hi, lack of eyebrows drove me nuts so I can appreciate your problem. I used a combination from Clinique - a blonde pencil combined with a very light brow powder. I think it probably looked better than my natural ones. You can try it before you buy it at a Clinique counter. I also tried the glue on eyelashes but didn't have much success with those. It's hard to get them right when you don't have anything to butt them up against. Funny isn't it how the little things drive us crazy when we have big things to deal with. Good luck and Hugs!

I have switched to all make-up and lotions without parabens and harmful chemicals. So I use Burt's Bees.

    Hugs.

Thanks for all the ideas! I was putting off going to the cosmetic counters in department stores. I wasn't sure if it would be any different, but I will give it a try!

Jill. I found a great automatic pencil on QVC!!! It is from the Models Prefer line and I used it when I had no eyebrows and it was great! I still use it because I love the color...it is a taupe color that is perfect! Try it! I guarantee you will love it and you can order it off the QVC website! JoAnne

    Hi Jill,
I know how you feel. I feel "blank" without my brows. I have found that brow powder looks more natural than pencil-Clinique has a nice one in many shades. Also, when my brows are really thin, I use brow stencils which help define so nicely. I've purchased these at Rite Aid and beauty supplies. Hope this helps and that your brows come back very soon!
    Hugs,
    Monica
