Now I just hope that everyone else can have negative PET scans ...

I think it's all the positive energy generated by all the good news on this site lately..This is colon cancer month; I suggest we all send our positive energy to all CSN members at the same time each day..say the first thing when you get up each morning. They say that energy can be sent
anywhere, any time, so maybe we can keep the good news going. Bud0 -
Hi Rodney,
I am so happy for you! I have enjoyed following your progress - your diagnosis was very similar to my husbands. I keep telling him about you and pass along your advice (about that nasty rash). He is not a computer guy, but he would like to talk with you on the phone - any chance he could call you?
Are you still on the Erbitux now, or are you "finished" at the moment? What is the protocol once you get an NED result? I can't wait for our day! It is coming!!!

Thank you all for your replies. In answer to the questions asked ...
I only had a flex sig exam and not a full colonoscopy because my entire colon was removed last May. My surgeon is nice enough to let me do the flex sig with sedation. I like sedation!
My celebration will be a wild weekend spent working on assignments for my graduate classes. I cannot even drive anywhere because my truck is having a new clutch installed this weekend. My life is kinda boring these days ...
I am still in treatment, using Erbitux and Avastin. My oncologist has a reputation for treating colon cancer very aggressively, so even after my first clean PET scan last September we have maintained some form of treatment the entire time.
Thank you all, again, for your nice thoughts. I look forward to reading about others having clean scans.
