Jana, thank you for the great welcome home post! Yes, this last week was a doozy...or should I say woozy.. Each morning was difficult getting up and going to yet another "zapping". Then to add insult to injury on my last day the nurse pulled off the tape from my tummy where I was being radiated and pulled off pieces of skin!!! OUCH. The nice thing was that they always put on a Moody Blues cd for me during my treatment. But IT'S OVER!! and I am home now healing and will be better than ever for the PALOOZA. OK, now the real work and planning begins...so to all of you who are coming...."tighten your skates".
Thank you everyone for all your kind thoughts. Kanga, I got your messages - we got home pretty late last night. Merriman flew to Houston Wedn. morning to drive back with me. I was afraid to do it alone this time because I was taking too many anti-nausea meds.
Thank you all again for your well-wishes during my treatment. You are all such angels - how could I do this without you?
Jana, I will be back to Houston in a couple of weeks for a scan - how about that lunch then??
Love to you all,
Kerry

Dana
Thank you so much. Long time no see!! I look forward to seeing you soon. Needless to say the past several months have been quite hectic with the new house and cancer and all....but it's all in a days work! I just take it a day and a step at a time.
See you soon.
