Hi everyone. Haven't been here lately - I have been keeping myself busy.
My first surgery - left lung met removal is scheduled 2/28/06.. in a week.
I actually feel great. My chemo has worn off and I am on fire. I also got on the nutrition band wagon and am totally veggie and organic. With all this I feel really good. So, I am ready.
I wish everone the best with your own battles. I will definately be here daily post-op because I won't be working and I will get bored at home quickly.

Jana....very special gal...I know that everyone will be thinking of you. I know that Kerry and I have talked about your surgery and that we are keeping you deeply in our thoughts. You are such an incredibly brave lady...I know...they are just words Jana....but very true. Jen and I give you our love, prayers and will be eagerly awaiting your post after you recover.chynabear said:Great attitude! I think about you often and think that if anybody can beat this horrible beast, it will be you. You are a total inspiration and I pray for a successful surgery and a speedy recovery. Can't wait to hear how it all goes.

Take my "rainbow" with you Jana.....just words again but in truth Jen and I know the true meaning of why "rainbows" are sent. A rainbow is a gift of love.

I'm watching the calander & waiting for your surgery; start practicing on that breathing thing they make you blow into after surgery..will it be a thoracotomy-(SP?), or will they open you up? I had a thorocotomy, and was home in two days. Best wishes and prayers, Bud0

Jana,
I think of you everyday, you are marked on my calendar. I'm glad you are on the nutrition bandwagon. I got on the juice wagon about 2 months ago and feel much better because of it. I also buy organic when I can. You can beat this Jana, I know it. Keep us/me posted0 -
Dear Jana -
I will be thinking of you next Tuesday and sending good vibes your way. You have a great attitude and you are going to beat this thing. Good luck and know that so many people are rooting for you.
