Bitaday and Mike. My PSA recently started rising after almost 20 months on HDT (Eligard). It went from 31 to 0.2 while on HDT but recent went up to 0.8 and then 2.0. I am continuing the Eligard plus Casodex. Recent bone scan was negative. My question to you two: Do either of you suffer from any of the listed symptoms of PC? I have none whatsoever. You would think that something would be biting me by now. Good luck to both of you.0

I have more side effects from the meds than the cancer. The way the doctor tells me is the psa shows cancer cells that are in your body. They can be traviling aroud and have not attached themselves to the bones or organ. But if the psa keeps going up they will at some time and then it can be bad because thier are so many of them.My doctor said if we cant get mine to start reacting to some kind of treatment I could get bad in a year or two.I am not sure what he ment because I think I went into skock.omarisan said:Bitaday and Mike.
