Today is the first anniversay of my admission to casualty and all of the resulting turmoil. For some strange reason, I find this uplifting and it allows me to dwell on it all and kind of relive it, which I find very therapeutic. Also, it reminds me of the brilliant support that i had form friends and family and indded of the kindness of strangers. I also feel that it is time to get back to normality, headwise, and the bast part is that I feel really enthusiastic about it. Still have the inoperable liver mets, but I feel healthy and fit and good mentally. Thanks for listening

    Margo,

Keep fighting. For each year that goes by and I am still here, I rejoice! Live each day to its fullest.

I find anniversaries to be a bitter-sweet time. Can be a reminder of when that lightening struck, but also an opportunity to rejoice for life and all we are thankful for. Glad you are feeling so positive - wishing you well.
