I WON!!
I'll drop y'all a note just before I leave but wanted to let everyone know all is well with me - they pulled out my cath today and confirmed that the problems I was having are not cancer related - they were caused by scar tissue resulting from an old injury.
Well, I better run for now. More soon. Take care and be well, my dear friends.

SpongeBob,
You take care of things down in "Nawlins". They could use some expert help down there right now, it sounds!
So glad to hear that your "problem" is not cancer related. Whew....
I was wondering if you would get dispatched back down to your old stomping grounds. Sorry about Biloxi - good chance your apartment is no longer there!
Take care and let us hear from you when you return. Just get back in time to go to Las Vegas!

Hey Bob...I bin awol again for the week so was worried about your water works! Good to hear the drain tube is gone now and hope you are not going to have any more trouble, especially while you are working. Hurry back mate and take care in the south.Kanort said:Hi Bob,
Bless you for putting others needs before your own. I'm so thankful that scar tissue caused your recent medical scare.
Take care and be safe.

Boy, go away for a while, and I miss so much.
New Orleans couldn't ask for a better person, Sponge. You take care and God bless you, my friend. ( I missed the whole surgery thing. I hope all is well with you. I am so sorry you have to be going thru that. )
Love to you, Bob. I'll be thinking of you.

Well, SB, New Orleans sure needs you right now. The Coast Guard is receiving high praise from survivors and rescue workers for the level of preparedness and tireless work in helicoptor evacuation of a few thousand people, round the clock, from rooftops and breaking into attics to free those trapped by rising waters.
Thank you all for your work and you take care. Judy0 -
Not that scar tissue is a great thing...but glad all seems to be going well!!!
Be careful, stay safe, and God Bless!!

Yep, my old apartment is definitely gone. I saw some photos that were taken about a mile from there and everything was leveled. I am pretty certain the building didn't withstand the winds or rain.0 -
yeah... those damn flyboys always get the good press and all the girls... they actually deserve it this time!jsabol said:Well, SB, New Orleans sure needs you right now. Bless you for helping the folks that are coming into New Port Richey. Being a "sponge" I have always had a special place in my heart for NPR!
Take care of 'em and bring them to a good cognitive place (you CISMers will know what I mean)

I'm glad it was just scar tissue, too! Too bad I can't sue the person that did that to me (I might get my old house back!)
Be well...
