Do you add your protein powder and/or the green stuff to your juice or to something else?

Hey!
So sorry I have been incommunicado lately and will be here sporadically for awhile....
I DO add both protein and green powders to my juice. When I was detoxing and juicing 3 quarts of juice a day I also added flax seed. This helps with the insulin factor. Now, in the morning I put my flax seed in cranberry (unsweetened) juice and have that before I juice and then I don't put it IN my carrot juice any more. But it IS important to have the protein and FIBER in there.
Hope this helps.
Wish I could be more chatty about it. I gotta run now.....

I don't do protein powder stuff yet. My naturopathic doctor doesn't think I need it yet since I get protein from my regular diet. That could change once I go on a maintenance plan in the next month or so.
I drink my green drink with water. My morning regime is pretty lengthy and I follow what my naturopathic doctor told me to do to a tee. I drink essaic tea first thing on an empty stomach, wait an hour, then drink my green powder with water and wait another 20 minutes, then I do mangosteen juice with my probiotic supplement and wait another 30 minutes. Then I juice, eat breakfast and take the rest of my morning supplements.
