I need Help

I have a friend in the Phillipines who just found out that she has Ovarian cancer. But with the economy there,I'm not sure that she could afford treatment. i'm pretty sure that they have the treatment in their hospitals it's just that she might not be able to afford it. This was detected in her early so I know she can survive the cancer. I want to help her as much as possible,so if anyone know of any charity groups that I can apply to, to help her. Please let me know. I lost my mom 3 years ago,from the same thing cause it was detected in her so late in her life. I don't want to lose my friend. Please
