Went Through Chemo two years ago
I take vitamins but still stay tired.

Hi Marilyn,
No, your fatigued body is not in your mind. Chronic Cancer fatigue is real. I have been 9 years cancer free, but I still suffer from Chronic Cancer fatigue. Also, dont let others tell you that its all in the mind, your are not channeling your engery correctly, you just need rest, etc. And never feel guilty about it either if you cant do many things that you think you should be able to.
