Of The Day

Do you skip breakfast? If so, you might feel fine and full of energy for the first few hours, but this will wear off as the stress of the day adds up. Don't run on empty. It's difficult to regain an entire day's worth of energy even if you eat a relatively good lunch, so take the five minutes to eat breakfast and start off your day right.
And my two-cent's worth... make it a good breakfast featuring both simple and complex carbs, like yoghurt and a banana and maybe a piece of 7-Grain bread with peanut butter on it.
Watch that yoghurt, though. I picked one up on the messdeck yesterday and read the label - high fructose corn syrup! It's the ______ (you know the words!)

Steel cut oats and a protein shake.
Ready to Rock and Roll all day long!!!!!!!!!!
Sponger, I never commented on your Splenda question. You know, I used it when it first came out. ( I never touched the others ) The said it was made from sugar, so it had to be ok, right? Well, I have my doubts about it's safety now. I don't use it.
Here's a discussion about it: http://www.holisticmed.com/splenda/
Of course, there are two sides to every story. Comes down to choice.
There you have my 2cents.
