NUTRITION TIP OF THE DAY
Of The Day
Brought to you by Bally Total Fitness

Specific situations can trigger unhealthy eating habits. To identify these times, keep a food log that records what and when you eat as well as what stressors, thoughts or emotions are at play. You should begin to identify patterns to your eating habits fairly quickly.
(Hmmm.... "specific situations"... like waiting on biopsy results?, CT Scan reads? After receiving some unsettling news? Hell, no wonder we all should own stock in Ben & Jerrys! - except Emily, of course...)
Be Well, dear friends

Hello There!!! Read the tip for the day and used to have a preference for Hogen Daz. Now I really don't care for it. I used to use ice cream as comfort food now I really don't have one. I guess my taste buds need a jump start.
I was thinking about you as a trip with work has come up to the Battleship that is in Camden,NJ. I will be taking the Junior Police Academy down on Sat and bring them home on Sunday. I will be staying overnight. They offer to let me stay with them on the ship but I declined as my brother lives 15 minutes away and am looking forward to spending at least a little time with them. Beside I don't really want to stay with our local police force all weekend if you know what I mean. It is going to be bad enough having to follow the rules of the road to the letter for the entire weekend if you know what I mean. No road rage and no language. Which is very difficult for me when I drive in the city. I am looking forward to seeing the ship and will let you know what I think of it.
Sorry to go on I just thought that you might like to hear that.

From the Australian Kiwi Fruit co-op aka kangathong, man of intrigue; In reply to your recent comment about 24 hours back Speedoman and also to Btrcp aka Linda I have to say that the extreme playing of waiting games has a severe effect on stress, emotional stability and the willingness to over indulge in lifes habit forming aspirations...eating. The aforesaid sentence is particularly directed to the anticipation one feels toward the possibility of achieving ones desires, namely that mentioned by Linda in the post submitted approximately 24 hours ago.........sex.bsrules said:Hello There!!!
