Not to make a big deal of it... but today is my day! I used to not make a big deal out of birthdays, but now I feel it is a wonderful accomplishment to reach another birthday in a happy and healthy body.

I hope everyone is doing well. I think of you all everyday - and wish all of us many wonderful birthdays!!!!!

    Dear Jana,

    Happy birthday to you! What do you mean, not to make a big deal of it??? I'm up for celebating another minute, hour, day, week, month, and especially year of any of our lives. Hooray for a healthy and happy body! Hooray for breathing and walking and smelling the roses! And thank you for your presence on this site--I always love hearing from you.

    Happy Birthday!!! I totally agree with you about birthdays. It IS a big deal - each one is such a gift now. Also, I believe in using any/every excuse to celebrate! Hope you have a great one -- and here's to many, many more happy ones.
