Biopsy done!

Hello Everyone!!! I am new here to a point. I posted here a few weeks ago when the mass was found. I had the second opinion and a biopsy was recommended. I had a core biopsey done yesterday. All went ok but I can tell you I was scared!! I didn't like the needle to numb everything. When they did it a second time to numb me deeper that was not nice. They won't let me go back to work until Friday. I am taking today off but am going to see about Thursday. I am very sore today. I hope that tomorrow is better. I have a Dr.'s appointment Friday to get the results!!! I am trying to hold on. I know that my husband Bob was with me as the nurse turned on the radio while I was waiting for them to start and what was it playing was our wedding song - In the Still of the Night!! I started to cry when I heard it wishing that he was there with me in person.
I am sorry to go on but I am having a rough time dealing with everything and the coming of spring is not making things easier!!! Spring was a happy time for us getting the old cars out for the car shows and working outside. The loneliness sometime is so hard to deal with. I start doing things and catch myself saying I do it later when Bob is home to help me and then it hits hard that it is only me now.
Sorry again as I am going on.
Thank You guys for accepting me to the section of this site. You guys are just as GREAT at the semicolon friends that Ihave made!!
I will post when I find out the results!

Sue--my thoughts and prayers are with you for a good result from your biopsy. And I understand it is extra difficult for you as you indicated your husband is gone. It's not much, but know you have lots and lots of sisters here on this site! We are with you every step of the way. Stay strong and know you are in our hearts and prayers every day. Good luck.
