Had my neuro consult

My neurologist called me last night with the results. Everything was normal except (isn't there always an "except"!) they found a benign looking cyst (3mm) in my pituitary gland. Since I don't have symptoms stemming from that, he suggests repeating the MRI in 6 months to track it. He also recommends taking a baby asprin daily to prevent another TIA.zzxxyt said:SusanAnne..how did your tests come out? Hopefully you are doing what you said and relaxing and enjoying being "healthy".
I also received the biopsy results from my surgeon. In a normal breast biopsy it would be alarming to get the diagnosis of fat necrosis but since my doctor's original dx was that it was tissue from my TRAM flap, that made sense in this case. He is still going to discuss it with my plastic surgeon but I am now comfortable with the determination.
I am breathing a lot easier today and feel much more relaxed. Now I intend to get back into my exercise routine and better eating habits and I will be in a much better place! Thanks.

sounds very incouraging. I started back with exercise Jan. 3rd and cannot believe the difference I am feeling already. Diet is next to get in controlSusanAnne said:My neurologist called me last night with the results.
