AREN'T WE THE CHATTY ONES
I note with pride and am pleased to commend us on going over the 10,000 post milestine today. We are second in chattyness only to the breast cancer discussion board - oh the field is SO ripe for some gender-specific/non-politically-correct comments here!
Nice to be part of such a warm and engaging group of big mouths! Your candid, on-target feedback is making a difference in people's lives daily - my life included. Thank you.
Keep up the good talking!

Hey Spongebob, I noticed that too. We are kind of chatty. I love you all and love talking to you. You have been real life savers, in more ways than you'll ever know.
Love and prayers, Judy(grandma047)0 -
I too noted that we were approaching 10,000...and just did not have the time to post the landmark! This is an active group, and I believe that its responsiveness and daily chatter is extremely important to all of us...even those of us who post less often. What amazes me is that we have all been through the same symptoms, treatments, fears and follow-ups and really can help each other through the years. I admire all of you. We have fought a tough fight, and yet we continue on: working, raising children, taking care of business. Keep up the chatter semi-colons!0

Hi Everyone,
When I first came to this board March 2003 one year after my surgery there was a total of 800 posts, now look 10,000. WOW! ! !
On Another Note: " THE SEMI-COLON REUNION "
" Quoted By SpongeBob "
I would be very happy to host a group looking for warmer weather, beaches, casinos, good seafood, excellent shows, and a tour of the ship down in Biloxi, MS come February!

Yup, like the rest here, I noticed it too. When I joined in July 2003, there were just a tad under 1,900 and I've watched it climb ever since.
My heart goes out to everyone who has the need to be here and while it's disappointing to see the numbers grow (sorry guys...don't mean to be all doom and gloom here but I mean it only from the perspective that too many darn people are still getting this blasted disease), I am so thrilled that there is a place like this where we all can go and look at the "brighter" and more "humerous" side of cancer. And most of all, how many are doing just fine and hanging in there...in other words, kicking cancer ****!!!
Hugs,

Congratulations Semi-colons on the 10,000 mark! As Monikaz said - sorry there are so many, but this is a great place to be if you have the need and obviously everyone else (all 10,000 of us) feels the same.unknown said:Yup, like the rest here, I noticed it too. The laughter here as well as the tears, fears, comfort and information bring us all closer and bring us such relief.
Thank you all for everything. Thank you for being here for everyone else.

Gracias to you and your staff for giving us a place to come and share advice, support, and laughter!
Were it not for you, we'd have to hang out in the bus station downtown to meet folks as interesting as us.
