Hi Everyone,

Some friends who live in England sent me this so I thought I would pass it on..

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"

    LOVE that motto Lisa...

    Now...about that reunion...I think taking the journey to SpongeBob's neck of the woods would be way cool! I'll get working on those details!

    Well, I can guarantee you that when I drop you guys off at the airport we'll skid into the terminal area sideways with a drink in one hand, totally worn out screaming WOO-HOO!

    We are all invited to SpongeBob's where he would be very happy to ( Quote ) host a group looking for warmer weather, beaches, casinos, good seafood, excellent shows, and a tour of the ship down in Biloxi, MS come February!

    Sounds good to me Sponger, but I have never had
    a martini and I don't care for chocolate...

    I'm in on the trip - Woo Hoo!! If it can be after May, I'll have that Martini! My chemo will last for 4 - 6 more months! The Gulf shore beaches will beckon for us this summer!

    ohhh mannn...that sounds sooo good. And God knows Jerri and I could use a trip to the shores of the Gulf. (We went to the Ft Walton beach area several years ago--it was real nice!)

    BUT (there's that sucky word again), Jerri's chemo starts on Monday (Dec 6th) and runs for two days, every two weeks, for six months. THAT SUCKS! We'd only be about 2 1/2 months into the treatment. I don't think we'll be traveling until June.

    Will you at least post lots of pictures???? Maybe we can use the magic of digital imaging to add our images into some of the shots of you guys drinking shots! Have a cold beer for me and a glass of wine for Jerri.

    I knew I could count on you! I think we all need to really nail down a date that will accommodate the greatest number of participants. Plus, let us know your "sea schedule" so we'll be sure to plan it when you're actually able to be there!

    I used to live in Biloxi many many years ago! February is a chilly month for the beach. But the gambling boats will still be there! Let us know the details.
