My Special Day!

Hi Everyone,

Today is a double celebration for me! ! ! It was 30 month's ago today I went in the hospital to have a stage 3 rectal tumour removed and here I sit 2 1/2 years later and still doing very well. I hope the next 30 month's will be just as good to me, then I will be at that magical 5 year mark. Also today is my 43 Birthday and I truly feel blessed to be here. Sending lot's of love to all of you....

    Hi Lisa,
    Double congratulations! It is stories like yours that give us all reason to cheer. I turn 54 tomorrow (yikes!!!! when did that happen?), and am nearly 10 months out since my colectomy. Have my tests scheduled for October. Hope I have more reasons to celbrate then, too. Judy

    And many many happy returns of the day. Keep up the good work ,it'll be 5 yrs before u know it. I'm coming up 7 yrs ex st 3 colon in Jan looking forward to u joining me in the cured group ,Cheers Ron.

    CONGRATULATIONS AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY! ( a day late, sorry).

    What a wonderful accomplishment. I will be 43 this October and will be finishing up my post-surgical chemo this January. Hoping that 2005 is a WHOLE lot better than 2004!!!

    Thanks for the kind Birthday Wishes & The Congrats on 30 month's being Cancer Free. You guys are the best and even though we've never met I feel you all as my extended family.

    Judy I hope you had a great Birthday on Sept 20 and many many more to come.

    SpongeBob in a "speedo" & Kanga in a "thong" now I would like to see that! ! ! You guys name the beach and I'll be there...
