Komen M&M's are coming

Iknow that I have seen the emails and ads proclaiming the arrival of the pink and white M&Ms for some time and was beginning to believe it was not true, but, I did find some info on Masterfoods site, (they are the parent co. of Mars), and on the Komen site. The Komen site had conflicting info, as I read it. Seems that the candy will be available from July 04 to June 05 with .50 from each bag going to the Komen Foundation for cancer research. But, then in another spot, it says that the candy will be in retail outlets from Sept 04 to November 04. I have emailed them to get clarity, but, I wanted to share that info with you guys! Keep buying the bc postage stamps too. Maybe one day guys, just MAYBE, our children, or grand children or great grand children will never have to hear this devastating diagnosis..I say yay yay!! Jan

    Oh..and I want to say that I hope no one sees this as a solicitation for funds...I would never mean it that way. I am just letting you guys know that if you are going to buy a bag, if you get the pink, it will be good, but, not telling you to go out and buy a bag. With the threads asking for money being so inappropriate, then I wondered if this was too and if this offends any of you, I apologize from the bottom of my heart. I have just been hunting this candy forever and was excited to find out that they were coming..and I buy the stamps cause I have to have stamps and I know that extra .03 goes to good..but, please do not think that I am trying to get ppl to donate. God, I would never do that. I can hardly survive..I just wanted to be sure that you know that..Jan

    Hi i agree with the rest.i had heard of them but hadnt seen them yet.plan on buying a bag or two if i can find them. bunnie
