LCIS plus

Well, my cousin didn't have to wait 10 days for the results of her stereotactic biopsy, she got them today. The main thing was the lobular carcinoma in situ. She also had some bonuses such as interductal hyperplasia and sclerosing adenosis among others. Has anybody dealt with any of this and how? Thanks.

I ""Think"" that they usually watch LCIS and do not treat it. I have heard it referred to as precancer, but, in my way of thinking, DCIS used to be thought that as well. I think that in the future they will get more aggressive with it...0
